Called and booked in to have four tyres changed, received an email with confirmation of my booking. Took the afternoon off work and drove 30minutes to attend my booking. Once I arrived they had no details of my booking and couldnt fit my new Michelin tyres, as I hadnt purchased from them and were unwilling to help and got the impression they didnt really care! Despite being told a completely different story on the phone less than a week ago by a member of staff. Complete waste of time and money- would recommend to AVOID.

I couldnt recommend these guys more!! Tom, Brian, Oli and Will you guys are the best! A pot hole took out one of my tyres along with causing steering issues and an awful noice that was hard to locate so to fix this I called around to find a garage to help me but the quotes were ridiculous and no one could see me as soon as I needed. The guys at this garage despite being really busy spent every spare minute that same day to fix my car. They even stayed after hours to ensure my car was back to normal if not operating better than it was before and the customer service throughout this experience was amazing. Thank you so much for your time and effort, I will only be using you from now on as I cant find anyone that comes close to your quality of service and expertise. Truly grateful and highly recommend!
