Cant say enough what a great experience we have had with Alexander (Worthing) and Masterfit. Their commitment, communication and professionalism was incredible the whole way through from design to completion. Would highly recommend to anyone.

After being disappointed by a competitor, we popped into Alexander to look at bathrooms. We walked around the store for at least 10-15 minutes and not one member of staff approached us. I dont even think there was another customer in there, just 6-8 staff members ignoring us. Such a shame as we would have expected much better service, especially from a family run business.

A good team. Always discussed things with us and happy to make changes as they came along. We had regular phone calls to check on the progress. And a problem was dealt with immediately. Thanks Alexanders.

We had two bathrooms fitted, our main bathroom and our loft bathroom. The team were great from the beginning with nothing being too much trouble. Installation was stress free with great care being taken of our home and the workmen were so polite and friendly. The work itself was finish to a very high standard and aftercare was also excellent when we had an issue when a tiny bit of floor grout coming loose. They remedied it immediately. We were also kept up to date daily with how the project was going. The office called to let us know when and who would be coming. I highly recommend them.
