        I work there and have done for over 2 years. The team I work with are still fabulous even though we have lost some valued members recently due to them moving on to pastures new and higher positions

        I have been employed by ECL Reablement since end of October 2020 and I cannot express enough how proud I am to be part of this company. If you want to work with a true mix of people who believe in what they do and are extremely good at what they do then this is the place for you. I have rarely met such a welcoming group of people who all believe in working together as a team including management and have time for you even if you have never worked within the health and social care sector. We are busy and no 2 days are ever the same but if you want a rewarding job with plenty of variety and thrive on being busy then have a look at the website. We do also have a laugh which is important in any working environment and I actually think of everyone as an extension to my family.
