Ferring Hearing Centre

Very helpful staff. At my first appointment, when I used my new hearing aids, it was amazing the improvement over the ones I had purchased six years ago. I like the idea of free after care service with these new hearing aids, through Ferring Hearing Centre.

I have just been to the Ferring branch of Sussex audiology for the first time ( previously been to the Goring branch ) I had previously written a review after my initial consultation with Phil at goring as Phil and Sussex audiology had transformed my hearing and gone a long way to helping me with my very bad tinnitus that had plagued me for decades. I have since taken my elderly mother to Phil who has fitted her with the same Phonak hearing aids as myself, we have both been back to goring to have the hearing aids tweaked which has improved things every time. This morning was first time at the Ferring branch to just have a check over to make sure things were ok ( nothing seems too much trouble ) mums hearing is that good now she no longer feels like she is locked in her own world and as for my hearing, I honestly thought it was doom and gloom for me for the rest of my life, how little I knew and I only wish That I had known twenty years ago rather than struggle with NHS aids as for the tinnitus, it is still there occasionally, but only for about 10 % of the time that I used to suffer and getting better all of the time. Would I recommend Phil at Sussex audiology definitely, would I give up my phonak hearing aids absolutely not.

We have been going to Goring and now Ferring to see Phil for a few weeks sorting out hearing aids for my husband Dave. Phil has been fabulous. Very kind and made my husband and me feel very comfortable. Nothing has been too much trouble. Cant speak highly enough of him and the service he provides. Even the receptionists are friendly and helpful. Thank you Phil.
