Phil the audiologist at Goring and/or Ferring is outstanding. He is very thorough in all aspects of getting the right hearing aid, explaining how to help yourself to adjust to the new kit and getting the very best result. After sales care is second to none. I wish we had found him years ago as it has improved our quality of life immensely

I've suffered with tinnitus for many years. Recently it became too much to cope with and after some investigation and with a little apprehension I visited Phil at the Goring branch of Sussex Audiology Centre. It turned out to be a very pleasant and quite rewarding experience. The service is second to none and the quality of the hearing aids is superb, really easy to manage and so unobtrusive I have to check that I have them in at times. Genuine 5 star review.

Since losing my hearing & struggling with the NHS hearing aids & appointment system going to Sussex Audiology Centre in Goring has been a godsend. I cant praise Phil enough for his professionalism & kindness. Always available to see me & help out at any time. The receptionists are always very helpful & always have a smile. I would certainly recommend Sussex Audiology Centre to anyone who has any sort of hearing difficulties.

I have just turned 60 so I thought that a hearing test was well over due. I have alway thought that none NHS / private clinics were in it to sell you something that you might not need.. Well how wrong was I!! We (my wife and myself) were so impressed with the hearing assessment that I received (Free of charge). Phil, the lovely man that we saw was informative, knowledgeable and such a pleasant guy. My appointment was unhurried and everything explained in terms that I could understand. I turned out to have pretty good hearing for my age and was advised to come back in a few years to see if there had been any hearing loss as I get older. I was advised that I did not need to spend money a hearing aid that I really did not need, at this moment in time. I can not recommend this centre more highly Thank you and see you in a couple of years. I will buy a hearing aid from this clinic in the future , should I need one. It will be be money well spent.
