The mother and daughter who run this care company are shocking its all the about the money with them rather than the care thats provided, cqc rate Shocking too , please avoid this company and if you work for this company and decide to leave they will give you a really horrible reference, they actually got the the length of calling your new employer and making negative comments about you , this then leads to the new employer to withdraw the job

I am writing this review in response to a few reviews on the site. It would appear an ex member of staff is unhappy and has got their family and friends to review the business. Unfortunately these people are unknown to us and have not been involved as either a client or staff member and therefore have acted on what they have been told. They are not based on personal experience. I would therefore suggest you read the reviews from our clients family members and then decide

A company I really wouldn't recommend working for! Lots of staff have left all for similar reasons. All have been treated appallingly once they have handed in there notice! When my car broke down whilst working and I wasn't able to carry on with my shift. I was spoken to extremely rudely. Majority of the staff here deliver very poor quality of care. Which you hear about from clients and can see by how carers leave clients homes. Once I left this company and went to seek future employment the registered manager did her usual trick where she will call your new employment and make up lies about you so you don't get your new job.( This has happened to three others as well) I also didn't get paid when I should have! I had to chase up my pay, I was told they was to busy to pay me. Luckily I got paid a lot later on that day. But most staff that leave don't! Lots more to say about this company but, JUST DON'T DO IT!
