A homeless mans bag had split outside the store, leaving the only belongings he had going everywhere, including his lunch. I dashed into the store and asked for a bag; I was happy to pay the 20p. The two women said they cant take card for such a little amount (I only had Apple Pay on me). I explained the situation and they wouldnt give an act of kindness and give the poor guy a bag anyway. I left, frustrated. I ran next door to Claires Accessories and she wouldnt take the payment, she gave it to me for free, no problems. Its these small acts of kindness that makes all the difference. So rude and unhelpful.

Alarm tag left on garment, very rude when returned to have it taken off, won't shop there again.

My wife tried on loads of swimsuits and the staff were really kind and understanding and talked her through everything and yes she got the swimsuit after trying on about 20 suits from other places
