Steve Chiswell

Been trying to get hold of Steve via telephone, text and Facebook since May and he hasn't replied to any messages. He hasn't given me a warranty on the new roof he did for me even though I have been asking for one since May. Other roofers I have spoken to say warranties should always be given. They also inspected his finished work and said that certain jobs were not done, the finished work was of a poor standard and that he over charged me for the completed work. He also asked for around half of the payment in cash which I have since been told is not normal. As he hasn't contacted me it has now resulted in me sadly having to escalate the matter with my solicitors and roofing associations. I too tried to get hold of Steve, via text messages and Facebook on behalf of my mother, of which we have kept photographic evidence of. He has failed to show any attempt at replying to either of us. After seeing his reply to my mothers comment below, I am even more disturbed and disgusted by his attitude and lack of professionalism. Not only is Steve's comment a deformation of character, he also got the information wrong about my father, who is very much still alive. It is a shame that Steve has not accepted any personal responsibility for the issues caused. If he had replied and at least opened communication in regards to a solution, this could have all been prevented. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
