Der PI7 hat leider ein Ladecase das nach einem halben Jahr Hosentasche sehr abgenutzt aussieht. Ich kenne andere Hersteller die nicht 399,- Euro fr ihre Wireless Kopfhrer verlangen und eine viel viel bessere Qualitt bieten. Eigentlich sind die PI7 Kopfhrer vom Klang her sehr gut aber das Ladecase ist ein schlechter Witz. So sehen die PI7 von Bowers & Wilkins nach 6 Monaten tragen in der Hosetasche aus.

I tried to get in touch with the B&W through their website, the support contact us link is dead. I tried through Facebook too and have been ignored. I bought a pair of PI5 headphones and there is terrible voice feedback when using them on a call. I will never buy another B&W product and I hope this generates some response or at least warns off other prospective customers.
