Asked for the colour sample of the carpet I have chosen and decorated my bedroom walls similar shade. To my horror, shade of the carpet was different to my sample colour I was given by manager of the store, who reassured me that is the carpet of my choice. When I contacted them, he said colour may vary, as it is carpet from the roll, not being told that before they installed it and sample I was given is the old sample. Requested call from the owner, Mr Marshall,been waiting since 14th April.

What amazing genuine staff.Jason and his team helped us with choosing a carpet and bed, without pushing anything on us,unlike other carpet shops in the area.Anything we asked about he helped with,and they are providing carpets and bed around our needs.Couldnt recommend them enough,but I will.YNWA

Company/contractor Vans always parks outside double yellow blocking the traffic lights ahead and have to wait for level crossing to go up so drivers can drive around. After several drivers beeping and calling the company they still didnt move the vans. Very bad publicity!

Absolutely THE BEST service from a local family owned business. Jason looked after my mum as if she was his own. From selection, payment, organizing delivery and installing, the care and attention was just brilliant. We cant thank him enough and would thoroughly recommend them! Thank you
