I havent found a property yet, however the whole team at cubitt and west have been brilliant at assisting me with my and my partners search. They have shown me multiple properties, and notified me when new properties come to market that I would be suitable for me. Overall just a delightful experience dealing with the team in Worthing.

We (family), used the West Worthing branch of Cubitt & West for the sale of our late mothers house. From the initial valuation for probate purposes up to the house sale being completed, we found working with them a seamless and stress free experience. They recommended using the Modern method of auction as the success rate for completing the sale is so high, compared to the traditional way of selling where sales regularly fall through prior to exchange. Although this selling method is not for everyone, it was ideal for what we wanted to achieve, as the buyer has to put down a non refundable deposit once their offer is accepted, which also covered our estate agent fees. We were very impressed with the marketing of the house by Cubitt & West and the fact they organised and attended all the viewings for us as we were not local to the area. We were kept updated after each viewing took place and provided with feedback from the prospective buyers, this was done via email, telephone call and the use of an online Dashboard set up for us by the branch. We thoroughly recommend the services of Kevin and the rest of the team at the West Worthing branch of Cubitt & West, who we all found to be friendly, helpful and very efficient.

Have to say from start to finish, me and my wife have had the best experience selling our property. From dealing with Kevin, the sales team, Sarah and Lisa on the progression the whole process was great. Would not hesitate to use these guys again.
