I cant rate this service highly enough. I didnt want to go on the course at all and only did because my GP thought it might helpand to my complete and utter astonishment - it actually did. I was extremely fortunate in having a lovely therapist who after several weeks of gentle questioning/conversation helped me to discover a missing piece of.. memory. She was professional and thorough, so much so that at times I hardly noticed that she was asking questions - it seemed more like a conversation. She even had a sense of humour..

Initially I was optomistic but after first session, there was like a lack of interest or interaction. I felt I was talking to myself. I would have been VERY surprised if the 2 I spoke with had any significant qualifications. No help what so ever. Sorry but that's the truth.

Initially I thought the therapist was great the first couple of sessions...helped me talk out a lot of deep routed issues. Then I had a 3rd meeting arranged and she told me to go away for a few weeks and try and stop doing a certain thing...but this thing was never a problem nor the issue. So Christmas passed and supposed to have call today 3pm, the day of and got a automated text saying it was cancelled. No reschedule and no answer on phone when I tried to call

From so so many years of being too scared to ask for help it took me so much courage to finally reach out for help and I was met with an extremely judgmental attitude towards me with then being told I did not fit the criteria for help..I am disgusted that this place is allowed to operate as I am left feeling even lower than I already am in life. Completely shameful organisation
