Response to Patrick Moodys review. Mr Moody came to the shop in the morning for a refund which I was happy to endorse, however, due to having not been very busy, we did not have enough cash in the till. I presented the customer with 4 options. 1: to return in the afternoon. 2:part cash, part exchange. 3:full exchange. 4: refund in another Mind shop on another day. He refused all 4 and even bizarrely requested that I or my volunteer withdraw the cash from our personal account. He left the shop and his family inside where I was treated with respect by his wife. She apologised for his behaviour and happily selected goods to the full amount of the transaction. We have an amazing reputation in the community and the staff and volunteers are constantly praised for their impeccable customer service. We apologise to the customers that were left shocked by Mr Moodys visit and can assure you that these incidents are rare. My thanks to Mrs Moody for being so kind and understanding.

Cannot offer refunds WHAT! on faulty Kate spade watches is what they try and tell ya what a liar the lady manager. Bought for 50 and found out it will not connect to a phone then found out if you pay cash for an item and they dont have the money in their till. Money on top of their float they wont refund the item. The lady manager in this store was vile and so rude starring at me through her fake contacts. In all what a vile shop to work in and in future train your staff and dont try and blame them for not knowing their jobs your lack of training them is clearly evident.
