        I went in store to pick up my order today which was ready to collect & the two staff members could not locate it. They said it mustve been sent back although I had 14 days to collect (I was in store by day 6). I therefore asked for a refund and was told this was not possible in store and Id have to contact customer service. Neither staff members apologised for the inconvenience and were both unhelpful regarding the matter. Its safe to say that I will not be returning!

        No surprise that most of their product is ridiculously overpriced. But if one looks closely there are a few well hidden bargains, usually the stuff you are not looking for. They tend to run trending price hikes, so get in there quick or wait until price returns to normal and you might save a few quid. Service is ultra friendly and helpful, the shop is well stocked.
