        Not happy came in today at 2.20 to see the doctor as was really worried about my wright leg as it's been feeling like it's on fire for two weeks and also spoke about my wright arm as it keeps making cracking noises when I move it the doctor didn't Evan talk to me about my arm the doctor just looked at my leg and gave me tablets and told me to take them for two weeks she said if it dosent feel better come back after the two weeks and the tablets she gave me are also for depression hope she's given me the right ones

        Warm, comfortable and well signposted. Friendly staff but trying to get my repeat medications transferred to an online pharmacy by the Prescription Team has so far not worked. Dreadfully inefficient and frustrating.

        It's very poor to be honest. Having been here for 7 years; everything is a fight. A simple call like today (just before 2pm) takes 45 mins to get through. Staff are in general friendly as are the doctors and pharmacy staff. It's just an example of a surgery having too many patients. Tried to get Covid jab but they had ran out... Tried to get flu jab was told to go to boots. Every dendrite of the NHS (and it's profit making subsidiaries) are falling apart at the seams.

        It's sad that GP can fall so low that it makes people angry . Prisoners have better treatment .
