Ive waited more than 24 hours for an emergency (!!!) plumber to come in, only to be told that a special part of the cylinder needs to be ordered (photos were provided in advance) and nothing can be done with the leak in my flat. Very bad experience.

Safe House Property Maintenance have been called out on 3 occasions and each time in attendance has been Jake (Senior Engineer). He was not only very professional and knowledgeable in his work but he was also very patient in explaining all the queries/questions we bombarded him with, concerning the boiler (new tenants) and its operations. Jake is no doubt an asset to his company (Safehouse) but more importantly, he always provided a 1st Class Service whilst carrying out his work. Thank you

Terrible company, cant believe they are still in business. Jobs have been outstanding for over 6 months, appointments missed, office doesn't call if running late or not attending . Such a waste of time, energy, money and sanity for everyone involved.

Incompetent. Inconsiderate. Delayed a job for week(s), ordered the wrong part and rescheduled 4 times. Do understand things happen, however, being considerate and courteous goes a long way. All four times that was rescheduled were called off late at night making one waste the whole day. Seek elsewhere.
