They do not care about consumers, and it seems they're very happy with their tradesman connections. Even they don't hesitate TO LIE in favour of their valuable tradespeople. Superior Conservatories delivered the wrong bifold door and claimed our builder had ordered it wrongly. I saw the quotation, and there's no description of the opening way. Throughout 6 weeks, they stalled me on the phone with the "we'll call you back" trick. Ian claimed the builder was the customer. And the builder claimed Superior Conservatories had sent the wrong door. They put me in limbo. Finally, we reversed and rehanged the door. But this time, they refused to supply the necessary parts for the lock, eg. Now we have a door that is not original anymore, without a lock. They have zero customer service and zero help. PS: If you paid Superior Conservatories, claim your invoice right away. Because they're sending your payment invoice to their tradesman as if it's the tradesman's paid the expense.

All the staff I dealt with from the administrators to the engineer who came to repair my extension were friendly, helpful and very professional. I struggled to find anyone to assist me with my repairs and parts but Superior made an effort to squeeze me in to their busy schedule, and offered helpful advice and assistance at every opportunity. The work was done quickly and professionally and nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks to Ian for his cheerful help getting everything shipshape again, and to Lesley and Alice in the office for all their assistance. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We are very happy with our new tiled conservatory roof. The construction work was done quickly, tidily and politely. All communication with the office was also dealt with efficiently. We would recommend this company.

Excellent service. We ordered bi fold doors from them and everything from order to installation was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and I am very pleased with the results. Would definitely deal with them again.
