Highly recommend avoiding. Dreadful service. Only interested in helping OAP, if you're under the age of 60 they will constantly turn you away, even with serious problems, to go help someone older person with a minor problem. Terrible organizational skills, forget to ring you back and the occasional rude receptionist. Most of the actual GP's are lovely though, shame about the rest of the business in general. Edit: All call to the practice for appointment were made before 10am, within there 4 hour window which they say they will help the patient the same day.

Well, I just deleted my last review. Stacey, the pt manager service, just call me and we had a lovely talk. She was able to get all the help that I needed at the moment, and put my mind at ease. She is very pleasent. I really hope that all the work that has been done will improve everybody experience with worthing medical group. Thank you Stacey once again

Really poor service. Was supposed to get a call from doctor, waited till next day. Tried calling them, after a ridiculous amount of time being told I'm number 1 in cue, got told I wasn't on the call list, can I call back tomorrow, actually, the doctor isn't in tomorrow. The doctor that I spoke to before lacked any empathy and was clear she did not want to help in any way.

The Surgery itself is lovely its just a shame about the pharmacy attached to it, There is a certain lady who does not even know customer service skills even if it hit her in the face changed pharmacies rude arrogant avoid at all cost!
