        I used to use the service on a match day between Newhaven and the Amex because the trains were so bad. A fabulous service!!

        I used to be a big advocate of the coach services until my trip to Wembley. Late departure of the bus. Arrival chaotic and we were dropped off at the stadium - nightmare to find the coach car park and coach after. Late departure despite people being on board. Stop into the home journey due to driver being over the allowed travel time. New driver eventually turned up. Slow driver to end destination. Take 3.5 hours for the return journey which should have taken 1.5 with traffic maybe 2-2.5 max. Awful customer communication via messenger. Asked for directors number and name but no more reply. So for 125 for 3 people to Wembley I got an appalling service and an awful customer service and experience. Not planning to use them again.
