rude and bad customer service. Prices are too high and the shop floor look like it has not be swept or mop in very long time. With all this covid around they are not doing their part to prevent the spread of it. I saw one lady in the back receive a bag of donation and then opened it up when I suppose to go in qauratine for 3 days. Just seems that they are trying to rip you off and sell you time that might be contaminated with covid

Mikaela bate please don't make inflammatory comments when you are aware they are falsehoods we at Brent lodge Worthing take great care to follow all advice given in terms of covid our priority is always the safety of our customers the store is swept and disinfected everyday for the safety of us and customers the prices in store are based on what the staff would be prepared to pay and are reviewed constantly ,any review that is fair in criticism will be treated with the respect and review it deserves

It is a small shop focusing on raising the fund for the animals. If you love animals, you should have a visit there.
