        I popped into Bath Scene to enquire about the kitchen units they had on display in the window. The gentleman was busy with a customer, but a girl sitting around the corner was doing some paper work. I said hello & she replied but said no more just carried on with what she was doing. Thought she could have said can I help you or someone will be with you shortly ..... I just left the shop. I don't think she even noticed.

        Spent a couple of frustrating hours driving around the big DIY stores /plumbers merchants in Worthing but nobody had back to wall toilets in stock. Decided to try Bathscene as had often driven past. Parked in the multi storey opposite (1 an hour) Was delighted to not only find they had what we were looking for but there was also a choice of options. Brilliant customer service too (shout out to Kiya) Was able to park outside to collect the goods once paid for and they helped me load the car too. Big tick for supporting local business
