The 5th of May I finally got my appointment with one of the doctors to check my overactive thyroid. They took a blood test and a scan before sending me more medication and the doctor said he would contact me with the results. 3 weeks later I haven't received a letter or a phone call. I have been calling to the reception and leaving messages for two days with no result. None answer the phone, none give me an explanation. Between tests and results and waiting for appointments, I have been without medication for 2 full months, which means my symptoms are getting worse. I understand that the situation we are living is difficult but that is not an excuse for leaving patients with no treatment. I'm so disappointed and angry with the way I'm being treated.
