        I do t like this garage cause its a car garage not a commercial van place although they do the services. They not friendly and wont do any more than they should so it feels like you doing them a favour after buying a top range T32 and u start asking any its issues from factory and they just dont listen. Binding breaks on rear and its still like that from new they dont even pic it up after its first service and inspection. I wish my area had a van centre that only deal with commercial vans. New part fitters and diagnostics machine operators no more experienced mechanics. Didnt even get my van washed and they only did oil change first service just on 300. Dealer steelers! Service: Oil change

        Took a van in for s simple coolant loss diagnosis which ended up costing thousands for repairs just for us to find out the issue wasn't even resolved. After using this centre for over 20 years I am disgusted at the lack of aftercare and how they relinquish any responsibility for their lack of competency and incorrect diagnosis. I would not recommend you take any vehicle there, it will only come out worse than it went in. Service: General repairs & maintenance

        The major service and MOT were fine, but there was a complete lack of urgency in returning my van to me and they didn't seem particularly interested in investigating the additional issues that I highlighted.

        Spoke to Katy at vw about a problem I had with an oil leak. Previous place couldnt identify it. Brought it in straight away and fault was identified within half an hour. Booked for later that week and picked her up today. Katy, Steve and all the technicians have been nothing but brilliant. Katy kept me in touch through the whole process. Ive found a home for my van to be looked after now and Im so relieved. Thankyou to all of you at Worthing jcb. Just brilliant. Service: General repairs & maintenance
