        So, so disappointed - for 13 years we have used this firm regularly. Since mid-August when an appointment was made (for annual boiler service plus additional work) absolutely no response at all. 21phonecalls, answerphone messages and an email but yet nothing, absolutely nothing. Presumably time to find another plumber but reluctant to do so. UPDATE: Direct contact from Steve (not the office) and he said he will come next Monday. Well see.. Services: Heating system repair, Heating system installation, Heating system maintenance, Install thermostat
