Calm, kind and impressive staff. They took care of me quickly (in terms of my procedure that was the goal for me) but before and during I was nowhere near rushed-had time to ask questions and understand the process. Can't thank the staff that took care of me more for their compassion and skill.

Ive just phoned up to book an appointment, Ive been meaning to make for ages & spoken with a gem of a man named Ed. He was personable & professional and organised my appointment in 5 minutes. Many thanks to the lovely Ed.

My daughter came in yesturday and i am absolutely distraught with the service she received here. Pointing out my daughters Stretchmarks and also asking my 18 year old if she recently had a baby when she was there to remove her birth control !! I will be reporting this further and i hope the woman is upset with herself this woman was dark skinned with dreads working on friday 1st april this had Impacted my daughter so much and she is now insecure thanks to the woman working i wish we got her name !! She didnt even read the case notes either which would of given her all answer/ she needed instead of being rude to a vulnerable 18 year old! We will not be returning disguting and disappointed to say least

On the NHS website it says they do walk ins, when you get to the site they say they dont. Theyll give you a card to call and book an appointment but then they wont pick up the phone. Jokes.
