        I needed a slow puncher fixing so I visited your store in Worthing. The service manager was a cut above the normal type of service manager. He was well spoken & knowledgeable & whilst I waited other customers were treated in the same, in my mind exemplary fashion, not being spoken down to & listened to. He knew his cars & was at that time trying to source a part for a woman drive of an older car
