Caremark is a great company to work for. Worthing and Adur have a fantastic team of carers who not only care but go the extra mile for all their clients. The managers and seniors are supportive, all the team are great to work with! Proud to be an employee of Caremark.

From applying for the job of working as a carer in the community, I found the job on indeed. I received an initial phone call asking about my experience in care and what I was looking for in the way of hours of work. I was quickly set up for a telephone interview because of Covid-19. Following the interview process I was offered the job. An application was completed , I was swiftly offered both on line and class room training. The on line training was the best I have done. I am looking forward to getting out in the community with the support of the office.

Everyone at Caremark has been marvellous. They have all supported both myself and my partner through a couple of particularly hard weeks when he had his knee replacement op cancelled. They swung into action and made sure I had support when I returned from respite early. The ladies who come to support me are all very hard working and very professional, kind, generous of heart and funny. So funny. I start every day with a smile or a laugh, sometimes loads of laughs. They take my mind away from the pain I'm in and despite the very personal nature of my care I have never felt a loss of dignity with any one of them. They all check in on my partner too, making sure he's as OK as he can be or keeping an eye on me whilst he nips to the shops. I used to work in a different area of social support and once had a client describe our relationship as "we're not best friends but we're very friendly' and I think that sums up my relationship with my Caremark support. Thank you is just not enough xx
