( notice good feedback gets a reply from the gym ) I'm an out of hours customer who feels regected massively disappointed nobody replys, I thought it was a fantastic gym and I had only spoken to very few personal trainers ( was 2 ) who seem lovely apart from one trainer ( number 3 ) who ended up tarring me with the same brush ). This has disabled access but I have no idea how a wheelchair user would be able to move around the gym as things like ramps are, for want of a better word blocked and the door to the lift does not open automatically so you would have to rely on someone opening the door ( does not seem to be a concern ). As someone who had used crutches it's a little unsafe as floors are obviously slippery when wet and no amount of wet floor signs is going to save me from slipping over with my crutches ( again doesn't seem to be a concern of the gym ) . Another disappointment that isn't the owners fault in anyway is the equipment which is often NOT put away by users, I have quite a few suggestions to improve customer experience but unfortunately there ar no options to do this. Regardless of some faults which sometimes can't be helped and let's face it every gym has them this WAS a lovely gym and it was definitely worthwhile signing up, the gym is clean and the cleaners one in particular is very thorough and dose a wonderful job ( this cleaner has gone and so has the standard ) . ( Was one of the best gyms that I have been to. also no recognition of any sort from having gone from being completely unable to do anything to not depending on any aids ( no help or feedback from the gym ) not impressed what so ever. One of the main reasons I ever joined the A GYM is because I was born disabled faced with many changes, once again let down, this could have been a major opportunity by a company who I thought would be interested but sadly not I should not have had my hopes up
