Shocking we get in contact with this company to provide a service which they couldnt do. We asked for a bricklayer to pay around 200 a day, they came back with 290 a day we had to pay with their expenses. So nearly 500 a week extra on top of a normal wage. Just in comparison I spoke to a company in Brighton that are making 25per day on top of the worker. So total 125 per week company to 450. We then were told that we could only use a limited company for them to provide a service. Then we were told our company didnt pass the credit check. Instead of trying to correct this error they respond saying Unfortunately, you have not passed credit with our credit team. The client interaction and problem solving is shocking. From my recent experience I would not advise to use this company. Customer service to resolve any issue should be a priority in business. The lack of interest to help was negligent.
