Airport Express Worthing

We have used Airport Express a couple of times now and are an excellent company that you can rely on for your airport transfer. We used them last week for drop off and collection to Gatwick for 9 of the family and both drivers arrived 5 minutes before our pick times. Naz is always available on text or phone to answer your query. Highly recommended.

Completely unreliable. Car I booked weeks ahead, with a written email confirmation showing the correct time, didn't show up. I was left at airport with no way of getting home with all my luggage. They said the driver was on his way after I called to ask why he wasn't meeting and greeting me at the airport. The office claimed he was on his way - that was a lie as the driver then called me to say he was still in Hove and hadn't even been booked to collect us! The office claimed someone had made an error by putting down pickup time for 17.30 - my confirmation email said 06.20 so I had no reason to suspect they didn't have the correct information down. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET STRANDED!
