        I made an online enquiry and Tyler was quick to respond. I spoke to a number of dealers from VW and Mercedes, all of which told me that I would have to join a 6 month waiting list. Tyler was able to source me a vehicle much quicker. The whole process from order through to delivery was seamless. Thank you Tyler.

        Booked my Burstner 910 Elegance in for its first service this week. I had some minor electrical issues that should be covered by the warranty.. On collection i was told that as this Sprinter chassis was an import its warranty was not the same as a UK one [ assumed theyre all imported !] and got charged 350. Shocking way to wriggle out of work on a 2 year old 1500 mile mercedes vanUpdate 22 feb I have now got a confirmationof my van being in warranty and am awaiting my refund .

        Was lent an electric people carrier for a weekend. Seriously impressed with the van and the service was superb. No hard sell, very informative.
