Sussex Mental Health Line

If I could give 0 stars I could. Does anyone ever answer the phone? I always get told to call the line but never ever get anyone to answer, I have tried calling several times and each time I leave it for an hour and then I just give up.... When I tell sussex partnership that I have never managed to get through they also seem surprised, I get stuck on a loop of operator will be with you shortly but they never are. I feel let down, I have rang in a crisis but never get through to someone. Fund it more or get more staff i dont know but this is disgusting for a mental health line.

Shocking ! On hold for over an hour and further evidence mental heath is a crisis, underfunded and under resourced.. One more item to the blas attitude of this government towards the mental health community Its so poor we should hang out heads in shame One hour thirsty seven minutes and no answer.. Yep this should speed up deaths in the mental health community and help clear backlog
