        Phoned and was called back within 2 hours order placed and delivery was when they said Glad to see they have sorted out the problems

        Trying to contact script easy by phone has become impossible, I am going to look for an alternative supplier, Standards have definitely slipped a long way.

        As many others have said, appalling service. Phone ringing for 20 minutes with the sane irritating recording every few seconds. No response to emails. Left a request to be called back, was informed I was number 149 in the queue! Doubt I'll get that call. Really, really bad.

        Not the company it once was . Lacks efficiency and communication skills are poor . Phones are now taking far too long to get through currently waiting 52 minutes still waiting . I've been waiting for an alternative to be dispatched as I found out this Monday that my normal order has been out of stock for a while. I'd placed that order last Tuesday no call to me telling me this info I've had to do all the chasing . I'm now left with no catheters it's Wednesday. The standards of this company have definitely slipped this year . I'm in a very stressful situation now script easy please advise.
