I was expecting a deep tissue sports massage, however, Jan offered me remedial massage, it was the best massage Ive ever had . Thoroughly brilliant, I would highly recommend.

The thing with JAN at zen den is not that he gets rid of any physical body pain by researching and resolving where its coming from with his dedicated remedial massage skills but he actually seems capable of creating magic too with the immediate feelings of recovery

What a delight it has been and continues to be receiving remedial treatment from Jan. On my first visit, Jan took time to make a thorough assessment of my needs before attempting any treatment. It was encouraging to see Jan working things out in his mind and checking his understanding of my needs before proceeding with treatment. I can honestly say that the work Jan did had almost immediate affect on my condition and continued through until my next appointment with him. Jan also made contact with me after my first treatment to check on my symptoms. I visited Jan a week later for further treatment and once again, Jan took time to evaluate his work and my progress. We now have my third appointment scheduled and I thoroughly recommend Jan to you. What is so positive about Jan is his openness to his own learning and development; his enthusiasm to achieve great results with those he treats is notable. Whilst I wish neither joint or muscular pain on anyone, if you are affected by such conditions, my wish is that you will meet Jan!
