        I have been a member for around 5 months now and my experience has been great. Having never done anything like this before, probably showing my nerves... the instructors have been very encouraging. You can really feel they love to see their students develop. My two children also attend, no bigger endorsement than that. The team recently organised two great seminars, and expert wrestling coaching is given every month too.

        Centreline is the best in West Sussex bar none. World class instruction. Clean, spacious facilities. Incredible community of members. If youre considering taking up martial arts to learn to defend yourself or just to stay active, look no further than centreline BJJ.

        I joined Centreline just over a year ago, and I have to admit I was apprehensive about training in a predominately all male environment. However, this is the nicest place to train. My instructors and team mates have all been so welcoming, friendly and supportive. Not only is Centreline a great place to learn new skills and get fit, it's also a great place to make new friends.
