If I could give them 0 stars I would. I am a first time buyer as was treated dreadfully from start to finish. They were very uncommunicative, I was lucky to get an email once a week. I would call and get told we will call you back, and the calls never came. My financial advisor tried to contact them numerous times to discuss mortgage details and had the same problem. They were passive aggressive through out and often rude. I was sent 300+ pages of documents to read for the sale, and only once going through those, did I learn just how incompetent they actually were. So many mistakes on paperwork and many documents were missing. I had to become my own lawyer! I went with them after reading glowing reviews online. Dont be fooled!

Phaedra was absolutely fantastic helping us in the buying of our 1st home in Brighton. She had come recommended by friends but she blew my expectations out of the water. Her advise throughout the whole process for a newbie like myself was tremendously helpful. I had quite a few questions along the way and her guidance was amazing and she was beyond efficient with getting back to me. I'd heard so many horror stories from friends about solicitors being so busy that it massively delayed the buying process but she was amazing and most times when I emailed her I would get responses and answers almost right away or within 24 hours which is unheard of. Big thank you to her and her team for helping make our home buying dreams come true. Can't recommend enough.
