I had a session of lazer teeth whitening. It was fab! I have been looking into prices all over for ages. I was very pleasantly surprised when I found this clinic and their prices. The treatment was nice and simple and painless. The results are great! I had a white spot on my teeth with some yellow staining around due to braces and smoking. The treatment actually got rid of a lot of the yellow and has blended in the white spot! Lovely little hidden Gem, lovely staff!! Very happy and would definitely recommend!

Visited on 7 Dec, 2016. I used Groupon to take advantage of a discounted 50-minute massage with Derma Laser Clinics. I opted for the hot stones massage because I'd never had this before, so was curious to see how it felt compared to standard massages. The treatment itself was very intense - the hot stones create a pleasant burning sensation as they are used to massage you. I asked for work on just my back and neck for the 50 minute treatment. The massage therapist told me that a few of my muscles were "tied up" because of long periods of stress and tension. They told me that massages can help with the untangling of these muscles by focussing on them until they loosen up. This all sounds good but what happens if a really bad muscle is worked on for less time than it needs? That's what happened with my treatment; the therapist was very thorough with a tough muscle in my upper-left back, but not so with one in the upper-right back. I didn't feel the pain initially - it actually started a few days after the treatment; a stressful and discomforting muscular pain. It's actually still present today and it's been over a month since I visited DLC. I reported this to the manager near the end of December, who advised that any pain or discomfort should have subsided after a couple of days following the treatment. I didn't feel as though this addressed my report that the pain was current and bad, so it was pretty much a non-response. The manager suggested that I drink water to help "flush out the toxins". I replied by stating I'd visited my GP to rule out a spinal issue so that helped isolate it to my muscles. I informed them that the therapist didn't fully untangle/resolve one of the tough muscles on my back and reiterated what they said about muscles needing help to loosen up. A few days later, the manager responded with a canned message about how they have had no complaints since they opened in 2013. My natural response to this was that it's not relevant to cite historical positive reviews when I'm raising an issue and providing feedback about my massage treatment. It's also a bit of a stretch to claim that there hasn't been a single complaint made over the course of 3+ years. It's interesting to note that the therapist said I'd need to return for a follow-up session to finish up the work. This is indicative of either poor time management or deliberately leaving a muscle half finished in order to convince me that I need further treatment. I can't recommend DLC for its massage treatments based on my experience.
