The Coach & Horses

I recommended this place to family. The staff are extremely rude. Our friend left a key in his room and was told if he didnt get back from London before 9pm they couldnt let him in, despite them running a pub. They would not let us even sit down to chat to our friends while they were having breakfast before they left. Customer service is non existent. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Thought we'd try a new watering hole. On entering, we felt very unwelcome despite there only being a table of 3 other people in the whole place. On approaching the bar, staff told us to take a table and they'd serve us. Waited 10 minutes for a server to come over as the 3 members of staff stood behind the bar talking about personal life plans and calling each other alcoholics aloud. Drinks finally came, the whole experience was not enjoyable. We paid and left... During our visit, another family came in. They were also left standing in the middle of the restaurant whilst staff continued conversation.
