        Receptionist on Fri morning 24 Nov 2021. So rude, rushing me and no customer service standards. I had to put phone down as it incensed me. Just wanted to know where my referral was, I have autism and this sort of thing just stresses me out even more

        Informing patients the day before their appointment about their appointments ?! What?! Do they don't realise that people work and cannot actually just leave everything.Rude receptionist with snarky comments " why she didn't open her letter yesterday when the letter came?" Well because " she is working". Comments like "everyone need to arrange their appointments " absolutely rude and unnecessary. Love, just because you sit there hiding behind the phone it does not give you any power.
