        I usually have a good experience shopping in Worthing store and staff are generally really helpful especially on the till. Today I was shocked how unhelpful and unprofessional the girl who served me. I had forgotten my loyalty card and I have not got the app, so I only needed to give my email to receive points. The customer assistant, tag name Cameron, bluntly told me to input my email myself on her till screen! It was very busy and the queue was very long. This was time consuming for me and the other customers waiting in queue, very unprofessional and very poor customer care. Most stores are very happy to search up your email and do it very quickly ! This was clearly not a training issue, it was purely the customer assistant's attitude! Very poor for superdrug! usually they are so very helpful.
