I found Ultimate U Fitness worked perfectly for me, you train to their agenda and you work on all parts of your body, as for me I had a specific problem and was allowed to work on it under their supervision which suited my needs, wonderful unit, wonderful trainers. Well worth the experience.

A great place with an extremely supportive encouraging team in Dave and Ana. Welcoming and friendly. I have seen huge improvements in my physical strength and stamina in just the foundation course. Would highly recommend.

Amazing and helpful team. Fun experience, interesting exercises. Team who cares how you feel during and after exercise. Cannot praise enough Dave. I would recommend this gym to anyone. I wish I would signed up much earlier. When I started, I was extremely unfit and struggled with every exercise but after discussing my struggles, I was advised what to do and during next visit I had managed much better which felt so good, even though my hole body was in a good pain.

Ultimate U Worthing has been tremendous in helping me achieve my 2022 goals of getting healthier, stronger and fitter. The six week programme has included motivational messages and support along the way. Changing my fitness routine from walking and hiking to incorporate cardio and all round muscle works and not forgetting increased water intake and improved eating plan has meant Ive lost weight and toned up and have a achievable plan moving forward. Highly recommend both the gym classes on site or the online classes. The whole team of trainers are supportive, approachable and there to help you reach whatever goals you have set yourself.
