It's worst place and the stuff there they doesn't nothing just jaking and get money spent with bbb ,I texting and calling for an week I didn't get not respon and the manager his name Phallip he a resse man with bad attitude and he said your a black man do something else I don't understand what it's mean .

Appalling discrimination against a vulnerable person who bought in a therapy dog they made such a fuss and said youre not allowed to bring dogs in very defensive unfriendly welcome under the quality act 2010 you have to allow the dog into a public place theres no excuses. Appalling duty of care towards the public.

The jobcentre is ok but after a short amount of time they will start to pressure you into getting any old job no matter how unsuitable it is for your background meaning you're far more likely to loose that job because you won't have the required skills etc or it will end up affecting your mental health with for someone who's already recovering from chronic depression that's a recipe for disaster

Very helpful and friendly staff. Everyone who came in to the job centre was greeted straight away with a helpful member of staff. Very good customer service
