Simon Buckley Golf Coaching

Delighted to be writing this review for Simon. I am a 25ish handicapper and have been working with Simon for a few months now. He has helped me understand how a good golf swing should work and importantly how to make it repeatable. The lessons are very enjoyable with simple explanations and drills to take away to work on. Have been struggling with my putting for too long so decided to take my sorry self to Simon in order that he could offer me some hope and help. After a quick couple of putts from close range and the usual negative results Simon was quick to offer me routines a to enable me to focus on more realistic and positive outcomes. I was confirmed at being lined up correctly and that my putting stroke was good. Take my fingers out of the stroke and use your larger muscle groups when putting. Things are improving, still not the finished article but definitely mentally in a better place. Augusta beckons in 2023. Thank you Simon. I can highly recommend you give him a try.

Towards the end of last year I booked a 'Taster Golf Session' after being interested in learning to play for a long time - I didnt have any experience so this was a great introduction which I really enjoyed. I then booked the 12 Hour Bespoke Package and have since learnt so much, including stance, grip, swing, different types of clubs/shots, terminology and even some science and psychology behind the game. Simon is professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Each lesson has been a lot of fun and he has given me the confidence to get out on the course. I would recommend Simon to anyone who is thinking about learning to play golf or hoping to improve their game!
