Pavilion Glass

Recently had to replace a glass panel in a door, Pavilion came out quickly, measured and secured the site by boarding out. They ordered and replaced the glass quickly and were friendly and helpful throughout. Subsequently the same panel was smashed a second time, credit to Richard, who managed to organise a replacement to be cut and fitted the same day. Much appreciated. Mike, Cuffs

Had someone over for a conservatory roof quote, called a few days after to see what the quote would be. They said the quote will be ready in the next week which was fine. Called 1 week later after hearing nothing. Manager said they'll look into it and call me back. No call back. I rang a few days later and they said the quote should be with us in the next 2 days. 5 weeks since they first attended we still have had no quote, phone call or email stating why. Would NOT recommend.
