this man is so rude and nasty!! i pulled up in a space behind him in my car, leaving plenty of room and he shouted at me calling me vile names out of the blue! i had not sworn at him first! so unprofessional and rude! he also intentionally tried to scratch my car with his van door! ridiculous!

Left a complete mess behind after doing a gas safety check, didnt put anything back from where he had moved them from and had used my electricity to charge something while I wasnt there (you left the switch on and didnt push the exercise bike back that you had moved to get to the socket). My reply to your response: The Landlord said you would be arriving on Feb 13th, not the 6th so I did not empty the cupboard for that reason - you werent expected. Why couldnt you put everything back rather than leave it strewn all over the place? And what did you plug into my electricity supply?

Not only did Justin turn up on the wrong day, he sent a rude email complaining it had taken an hour to get to me (don't agree to do work in Portslade during rush hour then, especially as I had mentioned that I am on maternity so am available at any time) and that the parking was awful and I "should have warned him". The parking is not awful and I had explained the use of the residents' car park several weeks prior to the appointment. Absolutely gobsmacked at the service, or lack thereof. Would much rather my money goes to someone that knows how to treat their customers. Avoid.

Justin has been our gas service engineer for the last three years and we have always been pleased with his work. This year, we decided that our boiler was due to be replaced since it was entering its 35th year. We looked to Justin for advice and we have had a 30kW Baxi installed. This involved running a new gas supply pipe, draining and purging all the radiators and pipework and balancing the heat distribution throughout the house. The whole job was completed in two days and at an acceptable cost. We had been quoted 1,500 more by another local company four years ago. We are totally delighted and we have no hesitation in recommending Findon Gas Services.
