Funeral Service

Although anticipated, my Fathers' death was still a shock. It was my first time dealing with a death. I was on my own, and Michael helped me through every step of the funeral arrangements. From driving me to Register Dads' death, to patiently explaining procedures, to helping me with the paperwork, and to getting the music I wanted. Nothing was too much, and all done without me feeling like a burden. I could not praise him more. He is the one I always recommend to my friends and other family members.

Michael made it easy for us to cope at a time when we didn't know how to go about things - by taking care of all the arrangements whilst guiding us through the process of the direct cremation of our Aunt, in a professional, kind and caring way.

From the time I contacted Michael to tell him of our fathers death he took the worry and burden from the family at such a very sad, emotional and unusually difficult time. He visited the house and talked us thru every process calmly, efficiently and most professionally. His attention to detail and knowledge was remarkably comforting, guiding us all the way whilst considering our feelings leading up to the day and beyond. The funeral was exactly how we had hoped and planned with Michaels guidance. knowing he was in control meant our family could spend the time together without any worries. I/we would highly recommend Michael, his professional approach from start to finish amazing.

Michael runs a very professional service and has been helpful every step of the cremation process, even going beyond and helping with transportation of ashes abroad. A pleasure to deal with during an incredibly difficult time.
