We have used them 3 times, the level of service and professionalism is exceptional. They have been in business for a long time, and it clearly shows. I would highly recommend that you use them, as they are the very best within the area!

Ian, Mr Harty wrote to me on company headed paper IHFS in a way no Funeral Director should ever write to anyone. Appalling, offensive & disrespectful. He should know better with his years of experience. What he said I found both Shocking & Traumatic, It was beyond the pale. I would also venture to suggest far beyond his remit. Shameful.

I would like to thank Ian, Sam and the staff for the professional service. An incredibly difficult time made as seemless and easy as possible. All staff were compassionate, understanding and nothing was too much trouble. I had forgotten something on the day of the funeral but Ian addressed this for us which meant so much and more than I could expect. Thank you again to you all, everything just as my mum would of wanted
