        I ordered two advent calendars, the money was taken from my account, a week later they still hadn't arrived despite me contacting them to find out what was happening and it being after 1 Dec. Then I received an "order cancelled by customer" email in my account with a refund - but no explanation. Not great customer service and two disappointed consumers who had been patiently waiting for their advent calendars...

        It is a very good, tasty product without extra sugars, having whey and white egg protein. However, I would like to know if the company uses milk and eggs making sure that the animals welfare standards are met. This is very important for the sustainability of the product, especialy considering that it contains milk.

        Amazing company and amazing people. Healthy but tasty snack food, I love the vegan balls, hopefully they'll make more vegan flavours in the future. Can't recommend enough!
