We have been looking at different broadband providers and Briant hooked us up with City fibre. I have been very impressed with their speed at installation, ease of switching and efficiency at getting everything set up. After one of the storms the internet speeds dropped and Briant quickly jumped into action with city fibre and got the speeds back up to normal. As I work from home some of the week and have a house hold of internet users this was very much appreciated. Its great to be able to speak with the team and love the fact that theyre a local company. I wholeheartedly recommend Briant to my friends and family.

I thoroughly recommend Briant Broadband. The customer service I have received after an initial issue has been great. On installation, 2 guys came and fitted my wireless set up and were very friendly and courteous. They set the transmitter up on the roof and router in the lounge. It all took about 2 hours and they left everything nice and tidy. For now I am on the wireless 100 which is working perfectly and is plenty adequate for the household needs. I can't wait to get the Fibre connected when it's switched on in my road. The prices are excellent and you will have to search hard to find better deals. Won't hesitate to recommend Briant Broadband to friends.

We live out in the country and for the last 7 years have had no Wi-Fi apart from expensive dongles that gave us on average 6mbps. We could only run one item at a time, always lagging and causing no end of frustration to our teenagers trying to game! In two working days Briant installed over 170 meters of fibre line and the internal Wi-Fi items needed. We have speeds via Wi-Fi of over 210mbps and my son has over 430mbps when wired directly in. All items work including new purchases thanks to a stronger Wi-Fi throughout the house. Thank you Briant, perfect customer service, awesome support and saving us over 65 a month! I would hugely recommend Briant for home use and professional working areas.
