        We had a couple of problems with the payments and charges on our accounts. Three people failed to resolve the problems but when I spoke with Harry he was very supportive, knowledgeable and helpful. He seems to have sorted things out.time will tell. The 5 Stars are for Harry, he was a

        Have tried phoning lots of times over the last 14 days, some times on the phone 45 mins, cant get through, have sent 5 emails, no response, very frustrating very disappointing , will not be continuing with this company

        It took 5 calls to get through to speak to someone. 4 pervious calls I waited 30 mins but didn't get through. Eventually got through after 25 mins wait and that was phoning on the dot of 8:30am when phone lines opened. The person I spoke to was helpful though. In addition I had raised an issue via the contact form which said I should expect a response in 3-5 days, this was 4+ weeks ago. Not impressed at all with customer service! For info, I am responding as Treasurer of the charity 'Keighley Creative', our premise is 3-7 Cooke Street, Keighley, BD213PF. Account no.100011441595
